The 72nd Annual National Conference of the Associations of Surgeons of India (ASI), is going to be hosted by the members of the West Bengal State Chapter of the ASI, scheduled from 25th-30th December 2012, at the Science City - Milan Mela Complex at Kolkata. The Conference will aim at providing food for thought for the surgeons, faculty and the students. Besides lending updated knowledge in the field of surgery, the conference would also enable participants to hone up their skills and expertise. Organizers of the conference are creating state of the art academic atmosphere by arranging plenary session, distinguished guest lectures, workshop, symposia, paper presentations and posters, which would provide a platform where eminent surgeons would meet to share their knowledge, discuss and explore the latest advancements in the world of surgery.As the former capital of India, Kolkata was the birthplace of modern Indian literary, artistic and scholastic thought.
